We are 100 percent satisfied with and impressed by Heiler Painting. They took on the challenge of restoring our 120 year old 3 story Victorian Tudor home to its true glory. Not a job for the faint of heart. They quoted us a fair price and got to work. Gary, the foreman was terrific as was the crew, which was talented, quick, kind and efficient. There were no hidden costs or upselling. The whole process was transparent and very people-forward and friendly. They did extensive prep and then repaired and replaced a lot of woodwork and some stucco. Then they painted and did a gorgeous job. Our house got some well-needed TLC from Heiler. It looks stunning. Painting your home is a big investment. If you choose Heiler it will be money well spent. I wholeheartedly recommend them for your next job! fidgets and art

We had a bit of a bumpy start with Heiler - there were some communication issues with different PMs being assigned to our project. After raising our concerns, Heiler really stepped up to work with us and to make sure everything was resolved. They absolutely stood by their values, and we were able to see first hand the pride they take in their work and commitment to customer satisfaction. The crew was wonderful as well. We felt like we were able to form a great relationship with the Heiler team, who not only showed they cared deeply about our project but also our family when they sent a gift to our daughter who had been in the hospital. I recently had my entire Victorian home painted by Heiler using multiple colors and requiring detailed carpentry. In a word, they were perfect. Cameron gave me my estimate and remained thoroughly involved throughout our process. He is always available to answer questions, give advice and no ask is too big. Our project manager Gary and crew head Wilmer were excellent. It was a big project and they stayed on time, on budget, and their work and attention to detail is impeccable. They were professional, clean and always consulted with questions. I would recommend Heiler painting to anyone looking to paint their home. This was my second time hiring Heiler. Three years ago they did my kitchen.This time, two bedrooms were beautifully painted: walls, trim and ceiling in one room. Walls needed a lot of repair, it’s an old house.Job was managed well. Someone comes to assess the job. Then pay a deposit. A free colorist is available to help select colors. The week of the job a job manager comes to look and then painters come. Job manager comes at the end to be sure everything was done to my liking.Painters were quality people in competence and personal integrity. A few years ago, we used Heiler Painting for our family room, staircase, and upstairs hallway, and they were fabulous. So, when we needed some ceiling work in our bedroom and kitchen and a fresh look for our sons' bathroom, they were the obvious choice.Within a few days, an estimator arrived at our house, assessed the rooms, told us what was needed, and gave us a price. A few days later, our painter Steve promptly arrived at our house. He did a wonderful job prepping the areas, putting down all the protective sheets for the walls and floors, and confirming our color choices and finishes. Over the three-day project, he kept us well informed about each day's expectations and completed work. He was always pleasant and professional, and did wonderful work repairing cracks in our ceiling, and taking our sons' bright four-color Minecraft-themed bathroom (complete with stickers) and turning it into a lovely, neutral space that works much better now that our boys are older.The office staff at Heiler was so helpful in terms of scheduling and answering questions, and the foreman regularly checked in and removed all materials from our house once the job was done. We highly recommend Heiler for their value, service, and commitment to quality work. We also appreciate their five-year warranty; even though everything looks amazing, this warranty gives us additional peace of mind knowing that they confidently stand behind their work. Every aspect of my contract with Heiler was outstanding. From the process of obtaining a quote(on site) to their assistance in coordinating colors at my property was done in a timely manner. The property manager assigned to my job, Alex James, kept everything moving smoothly, was accessible, respectful, and competent. Heiler Painting was fantastic to work with from start to finish. They were very responsive when scheduling and arrived on time at our house each time. The entire project, from estimate to completion — was completed within just a few weeks. The team was professional throughout, and we’re super pleased with the final results, including painting our family room and accent walls. We also had a young child and a newborn in the house, and they were incredibly considerate — keeping the space as clean as possible and minimizing disruption, which we really appreciated. If you are looking for a good painter I highly recommend Heiler Painting. I hired then to scrape and paint my basement to see the quality of their work. I was very impressed with how they covered everything and cleaned up afterward making it cleaner than when they started. I then hired them to repair my stucco and paint the outside of the house and it looks wonderful! My house is 100 years old so I am sure there is lead paint. I am now considering having them sand and paint the trim inside the house. Everyone I have dealt with at Heiler has been great and there are no surprises or additional costs tacked on. Phyllis Chud

Great company. The workmanship was superb. The things that normally bother me did not happen at all. No drips. No missed spots. Cutting in around molding and windows was perfect.All the employees were as nice as can be. Couldn’t do enough to please me. Wanted me to be happy. As far as the price, they were mid range. They offered a Seasonaldiscount Igot four estimates. I picked the one that I felt confident that I would get a perfect job. My advice to anyone considering this company, this is quality work. So if you need to cut back on the price paint less rooms. Don’t skimp on Quality. You get what you pay for. Amy Scott

I wanted to thank Steve so much for his professionalism and help with my estimate today. I was bracing myself for an extremely high price, with all of the work and wallpaper removal I needed. Steve was amazing, and walked me through the entire process, made me feel at ease, was honest and fair. Everything – from first evaluation visit, to communication before the work began, to the actual performance of the job was exceptional. Shout out to Cameron, Gary, and Oscar. Heiler was attentive to what I wanted and delivered it, giving me crisp white moldings and window framing and beautiful colored walls. They even moved small items that it was my job to do, but did not have time to get to. During the work, an old shoe molding crumbled and an old window pane cracked and they replaced both of them! They even touched up a terrible job on the cuts between wall and ceiling done by a previous contractor – in a room that was not even on my contract! They worked with me to have a job scope (how many rooms … ) I could afford. I recommend Heiler with the greatest enthusiasm! John Mickles

I have to say that Heiler's painting crews did an outstanding job for me! I have a 14 foot ceiling with elaborate scrollwork in the living room of my roughly 160 year old condo apartment. An upstairs leak caused a section of that ceiling to have to be filled in and the overall ceiling painted. Their crews did an outstanding job. The surface came out with a great satin glow and the scrollwork stands out more than ever! Their crew was very pleasant to have on-site and the rep overseeing the work followed up to make sure everything was completely satisfactory. It's easy to see why they are so highly rated! The painting crew showed up promptly at 8 o’clock. they took excellent care of moving our furniture and protecting our hardwood floors before even starting to paint. This is by far the absolute best of the three projects that we have done with you in the last 6 months. The project manager and Marlin and his crew were great.It was a pleasure working with them. Marlin let me know what was happening every step of the process and cleaned up every day. At the end of the job he made sure my house was clean and that I was happy.
