Cameron grew up in Havertown, Delaware County, after being born in Philadelphia. He began his career as a painter when he was fourteen years old. He likes how a fresh coat of paint can completely transform a home. The friendly business culture is what he appreciates the most about working at Heiler Painting. All of the employees are forming long-term customer relationships. Cameron enjoys spending time with his son doing fun activities when he is not working. Cameron is a major sports lover, especially basketball, and he still plays it himself.

Ryan joined the Heiler Painting team in March 2023 as a Project Estimator. Originally from West Chester, he now calls Phoenixville home. When he’s not working, Ryan enjoys cooking, playing golf and ice hockey, and exploring the great outdoors through hiking and gardening. He appreciates being part of a company that prioritizes its employees and focuses on building a positive culture.

Anthony Zinni, an estimator at Heiler Painting, has deep roots in Havertown, where he both grew up and currently resides. Outside of his professional life, Anthony enjoys playing golf and tennis, as well as spending time at the Jersey Shore. He greatly values the team atmosphere at Heiler Painting and is passionate about helping customers enhance their homes.

Originally from Central Jersey, Dan has called the Greater Philadelphia area home for the past 12 years, where he lives with his wife and son. With over 8 years of experience in construction and roofing, he brings a strong hands-on background and proven work ethic to his role. Now in his first year as an estimator at Heiler Painting, Dan has enjoyed immersing himself in the details of the painting industry and continues to grow his expertise with every project. His practical approach, dedication to learning, and commitment to excellence make him a valued member of the Heiler Painting team.

Elias was born in Guatemala. Currently, he resides in Northeast Philadelphia. He enjoys playing soccer with his buddies and spending time with his family during his free time. His favorite thing about working at Heiler Painting is the family-like atmosphere.

Diego was born in Brazil but now resides in Levittown with his wife and daughter. Diego likes working out and leading an active lifestyle in his spare time. Family time is also very important to him, and he likes doing fun activities with his daughter on the weekends. What he appreciates most about working at Heiler Painting is the excellent management and the wonderful customers he meets on a daily basis.

Nate was born and raised in Philadelphia. Nate loves working at Heiler because he is painting a variety of homes. Every day, he meets new customers. In his spare time, he enjoys going to the gym and walking his dog. In addition, he likes Philadelphia sports and dining at a variety of the city’s restaurants.

Kevin Careera was born in Guatemala and moved to the United States at the age of 12. He spent about 20 years living in Long Island, New York, before relocating to Philadelphia, where he has lived for the past two years.

Outside of work, Kevin enjoys building gaming PCs, a challenging but rewarding hobby, as well as spending time on trails to relax and clear his mind.

At Heiler Painting, Kevin values working alongside amazing people in a supportive environment that offers plenty of opportunities for growth and learning. He especially appreciates the company’s culture, which not only celebrates team successes with barbecues and award ceremonies, but also gives back to the community through charity work.

Born and raised in Philadelphia, Robert has lived in a few different places but ultimately returned to his hometown roots. In his free time, he enjoys playing basketball, watching sports, and going on long beach walks or challenging hikes with his dog. Robert loves working at Heiler Painting because of the family-oriented culture, the constant opportunities to learn and grow, and the warm welcome he’s received since joining the team.

Alex brings 15 years of experience in the painting industry to his role as project manager at Heiler Painting, which he joined in spring 2024. Originally from Chester County, he now resides in Collegeville with his beloved wife and stepdaughter. Alex thrives in Heiler’s dynamic, fast-paced environment, deriving genuine joy from ensuring customers are delighted with their experience. When he’s not working, you’ll find Alex outdoors, hiking, enjoying a round of disc golf with friends, or indulging his musical interests by playing various instruments at home.

Residing in Coatesville, PA, Mat has a wealth of painting experience spanning over 12 years in the Philadelphia Painters Union. For a decade, he served as a Foreman for the largest commercial painting contractor in Philadelphia overseeing numerous large-scale projects with exceptional precision and expertise. In his role as a Project Manager for Heiler Painting, Mat relies on his attention to detail, organization, and communication to make sure projects are completed on schedule, within budget and the utmost satisfaction of the clients. Mat credits the culture and the drive that everyone shares at Heiler Painting to be effective in his role. “Heiler operates in a way that everyone has a voice and is heard. This company truly operates as a team towards the goal of complete customer satisfaction and the highest quality of craftsmanship.” Outside of his professional pursuits, Mat finds solace in his hobbies. You will either find him golfing, hunting, boating, or fishing. Above all, he prioritizes spending precious moments with his beloved wife, Ashley, and his three sons (Ben, Beaux & Bryce), relishing the joy and fulfillment they bring to his life.

Gary was born in Philadelphia. He presently lives in Hatboro-Horsham with his wife and two rescue dogs. He has worked in the construction industry for almost 30 years. What he admires most about Heiler is the way everyone contributes. He loves to spend time with his family for fun. He enjoys riding around on his customized Harley Davidson. Additionally, he enjoys music and playing the drums.

Vince Jennings grew up in Swarthmore and spent time working in Fort Lauderdale before returning home to continue his career in project management. With over seven years of experience, Vince brings a strong sense of community and teamwork to every project.

Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, playing sports, and collecting/selling sports memorabilia. Drawn to Heiler Painting for its collaborative culture and commitment to excellence, Vince is proud to be part of a team that values growth and innovation.

Dennis is originally from New Jersey but has spent the past few years driving his RV all across the country. In 2021, he made the decision to join Heiler Painting, where he quickly progressed to the position of a lead painter. He appreciates that we treat our staff like family and offer them opportunities to grow professionally. In his leisure time, he enjoys foraging and making stuff out of natural wood.

D is originally from the Islands and moved to the United States 23 years ago. She grew up in Delaware County, where she still currently calls home! Her favorite hobby is traveling. What she loves about Heiler Painting is the atmosphere and growth of the company. Dereka met Tom when he first started Heiler Painting in 2012, she knew this company would go far, and now she is glad to be a part of its growth.

Tom grew up in Philadelphia and graduated from Temple University. His father is a painter and taught him the trade at a young age. In college, he joined an entrepreneurship program which allowed him to manage a small painting business. After graduation, Tom decided to start Heiler Painting because he wanted to create his own culture within the residential painting industry. 2012 was the year he founded Heiler Painting, with only two painters and gaining customers by knocking on doors marketing the business. Since then, the company has grown to 40 employees and thousands of happy customers. Tom loves the challenge of creating opportunities for our employees to grow not only professionally but personally. Customer service is also vital to him; he believes in creating a one-of-a-kind experience from start to finish on every project. You may find Tom and his wife trying a new restaurant in their spare time because Tom is a big foodie. He enjoys fine dining and trying different restaurants around the Philadelphia area.

Sean entered the painting business in 2009 while completing his business degree at West Chester University. After graduation, Sean briefly entered the corporate world, but quickly realized he missed the painting industry. Sean was fortunate enough to be offered an opportunity to join the Heiler Painting sales team in 2015 and has since taken on additional responsibilities in support of the company’s growth. His favorite part of working at Heiler Painting is that he is part of a team that feels more like family than coworkers and that he gets to build deep and meaningful connections with customers. Sean resides in Media, PA with his wife and 1-year-old son.

Jaime Murray grew up in Philadelphia, she currently resides in Folsom, Pa with her two sons John and James. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling and making memories with her family. Jaime has years of experience in Human Resources within the residential painting industry. She joined the Heiler Painting Team in May 2020 as the Human Resource Manager. Her passion is building relationships with people by motivating them to reach their full potential. She always has the employees and company’s best interest in mind and always willing to jump in and help whenever she can. What she loves most about working at Heiler Painting is the company’s core values – GRIT is something all of our employees have, which is why we are a great company.

Born and raised in Delco, Kayla brings her enthusiasm and creativity to the Heiler Painting marketing team. Outside of work, she loves to travel and explore new places with friends and family. Kayla enjoys being part of Heiler because of the incredible people she gets to work with and the exciting opportunities the company provides.

Born in New York, raised in Pottstown, and now living in Conshohocken. Kevin brings almost a decade of experience working with homeowners on everything from water damage restoration to exterior home improvements and now painting. As Heiler Painting’s Business Development Leader, he values the company’s small business feel paired with its big company capabilities, a combination that allows for both personal connection and professional results. Outside of work, Kevin enjoys checking out new restaurants, playing golf, watching sports, and spending time with his dog, Chance.

Avi joined Heiler Painting as a Business Development Representative in the fall of 2024 after moving from sunny Austin, Texas to Philly. He loves the family feel at Heiler—full of warmth, camaraderie, and a shared drive to grow and provide real value to customers.

Outside of work, Avi is a passionate singer-songwriter, recording original music and dreaming of his next band. He also enjoys spending time outdoors, hitting concerts with friends, and soaking up the energy of his new city.

Jay grew up in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and is 24 years old, currently living in Elkton, Maryland. With four years of sales experience, he now serves as a Business Development Representative at Heiler Painting, where he was drawn to the company’s strong growth opportunities, genuine team culture, and inspiring story behind the business. Outside of work, Jay enjoys sports, exercising, traveling, and staying engaged with the stock mark.

Malcolm joined heiler in fall of 2025 as a business development Intern. He is a reservist Marine who is in school studying engineering. He loves the dedication to the Core Values of Heiler as it’s something familiar to him from the Marine Corps.

Malcolm enjoys the outdoors and loves meeting new people. Connecting over something small with someone new is his favorite aspect of working for Heiler.

Sean joined Heiler Painting as a Business Development Representative in the Fall of 2025. Sean is a native of the area growing up in Audubon, Pennsylvania. He loves that the culture at Heiler makes him excited to go to work everyday.

Outside of work, Sean plays full-forward for the Philadelphia Na Tóraidhe Irish Hurling Team. Sean also enjoys golfing, fishing, and of course the Philadelphia Eagles.

Jewel is a Ridley High School graduate who currently resides in Essington, PA. She grew up in a family of painters, which led her to begin her own career in the painting industry. What attracted her to Heiler is the amount of value they have for their customers and employees. They all have a mutual desire to grow, not just as a company but as a family. In her free time, she loves to read, she is a huge Marvel fan, and she spends her time with her twin sister outdoors!

Aneesah was raised in Delaware County and earned her Master’s Degree from West Chester University. With a background in construction through her father’s business, she’s been around the industry her whole life. Aneesah enjoys quality time with her family, watching *Grey’s Anatomy*, and staying active with solidcore classes.
